The Costa Blanca

The tosca stone beach at JaveaThis region of southern Spain is, in our opinion, very hard to beat in terms of scenery, infrastructure and climate. There are comprehensive amenities in all the main towns (and in many of the villages) including a selection of International Schools. Hospitals and private medical clinics as well as cinemas (many of which show films in English) bars and restaurants catering for every possible taste. In addition, there are numerous ports and marinas from which a wide range of water sports are enjoyed.

Javea 'El Arenal' beachThe climate is superb with generally mild winters (in our experience, typically 12-18 degrees but often more) and hot dry summers (typically 28-32 degrees) The World Health Organisation has described this region as “ one of the best and healthiest climates in the world” in which to live.

The Marina in MorairaFertile valleys alive with orange and lemon groves, almonds, vines and olives are set against dramatic mountain backdrops while on the coastal areas there are miles on blue flag beaches, secluded coves and rocky headlands.

The area is well served by airports, both Alicante and Valencia are within about an hours drive, with typical flight times of
2 ½ to 2 ¾ hours from most UK airports via low cost airlines. Motorway access is excellent with the A7 (Autopista Mediterraneo) running from the French border for those who prefer to travel by car.

We are able to offer a vast range of properties throughout this fabulous area including in particular the areas of Javea, Moraira, Denia and the Jalon and Orba Valleys.
