Our service to you is completely free. The only extra costs you will incur are in respect of transfer taxes, notary and legal fees and any service connections. As a rule of thumb, you should allow about 10% of the purchase price to cover costs, although in practice, it often works out to be slightly less.
We realise that buying abroad can seem daunting, therefore we or our colleagues in Spain, will be there to help you every step of the way, from initial viewings, through to opening Bank Accounts, obtaining NIE numbers, introduction to English speaking Lawyers and attendance at the Notaries Office on completion of your purchase.
Even after purchase, we will be there to give help and advice whenever it is needed. Our English colleagues out in Spain are so well liked and respected that nearly all of our purchasers end up as friends, not just Clients.
